Alegria  Dance Studios near Central Station and in Bondi Junction, Chatswood, North Ryde and South Turramurra offers much more than just a first rate training in Classical Ballet (RAD and Cecchetti), Contemporary Dance, Jazz and Spanish Dance. This singular school, whose Full-Time Classical Dance and Teacher’s Courses are gaining increased international recognition, aims to nurture the students as individual future artists. Every child is given individual attention by carefully selected teachers and encouraged to develop his/her technical and artistic potential. This approach results in outstanding exam and competition results and educates dancers and teachers who leave Alegria ready to make their mark.

Recent highlights include the placing of all 16 Full-Time 2007 graduates in prestigious overseas schools and companies; all three who went to the Royal Ballet School are doing well. One has been promoted to 3rd year and is appearing with the Royal Ballet.
